One World Yoga – Welcome to yoga for the athlete of all ages. Our goal with this class is to offer recovery days in between your CrossFit, lifting, boot camp, and fitness classes. It is an opportunity to remind the athlete that progress is found in restoring the body. That with ROM, range of motion, an athlete can continue to feel empowered by their performance.

The program itself is based on a version of Hatha Yoga called Vinyasa Flow. Vinyasa Flow is a Western term meaning connected movement. It also can refer to moving with intention while you focus on breath expansion throughout your body.

Yoga is offered 1 day a week:

  • Sunday: 9am

Active Recovery

Recovery training is crucial for all levels of athletes to optimize performance and prevent injuries. This class includes a workout at a specific intensity to enhance muscle repair, reduce inflammation, and restore energy levels. Ultimately, this class is intended to help you bounce back faster, train harder, and perform at peak consistently

Active Recovery class is offered 1 day a week:
