The main focus is on building athletes from the ground up, working to refine and perfect their technique. Whether it\u2019s learning proper balance (an element missing completely in most lifters we see initially), timing, or positioning, you can learn what to look for and how to improve. If you respond well to detailed feedback, we want you in our school.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The school wants to attract high quality applicants who are eager to learn\u2013not necessarily the strongest or most experienced\u2013and our system is very efficient for these types of individuals. Chinese weightlifting programming for professionals doesn\u2019t always match the needs of amateurs with less training availability and recovery capacity. Once the day\u2019s program has been designed, the athlete is expected to perform the conditioning at the pace directed by the coach.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Powerlifting is a very physically and mentally demanding style of training. Athletes work under the watchful eye of the coach. Participants in Powerlifting range from Competitors and CrossFit athletes to beginners and the athletes who only want to improve their overall strength and health. The Powerlifting community is very supportive and nurturing.
