*12:00 – 16:00min Transition and adjust weights
16:00 – 26:00min EMOM – 10 minutes
(even 4-6 Strict Press)
(odd 4-6 Strict Pull-ups)
*26:00 – 30:00min Transition and adjust weights
30:00 – 35:00min EMOM – 5 miuntes
(3 Front Squats + 3 star jumps)
Start at 55% – 60%, add 10-20lbs each set.
*35:00 – 40:00min Transition and rest
40:00 – 50:00min Ascending Ladder (10 Minute Cap)
Complete as many rep as possible in 10 minutes of:
3 Power Cleans (135/95), (115/75), (95/65)

6 Power Cleans
