Thursday is usually a rest day but due to the short week and limited schedule, we will have a full day tomorrow. We will not focus on tiers, instead, everyone will modify each movement to fit their capability.
Here’s the workout for Thursday September 4 2014
Snatch – 3@ 65%, 3@ 70%, 3@ 75% and 3×3@ 80%
EMOM – 9 Minutes
Minute 1 – 10 to 12 Calorie Row
Minute 2 – 10 to 12 Toes to Bar
Minute 3 – 08 to 10 Handstand Push Ups
*Complete the following for time:
200 Wall Balls (16 minute cap = 12.5 reps per minute)
If the classes are big, we can stagger start the EMOM. It doesn’t matter where you start, as long as you stay in the same order for each movement.
