EMOM 10 Mins 2 Snatch Grip Deadlifts at you 1 RM snatch plus 4 bar facing burpees
Notes: Snatch grip deadlifts require you to properly load your lats and rise with the bar with a neutral back

AMRAP 10 Mins
3 6 9 12 15.. FULL Snatch 115/75 Rx 135/95 Rx plus
Lateral Burpee over bar

Notes: The snatches for this workout are full squat snatch, if you cannot drop down every time pick a weight you can power snatch and ride down into a over head squat with.
