We will be working on our ability to punch the bar well in the snatch grip position from the back rack, and also get comfortable reracking the barbell in the back rack. Start at around your 85% of your 1rm snatch grip push press, if you do not feel comfortable reracking it on your back rack simply drop it on the ground and have someone power clean it back on the rack for you!
