We would like to see you working as close to your body weight as possible. Please weigh in before the WOD. If you are lighter then when you weighted in at the beginning of the challenge, Congratulations! the workout should be easier this go around :). If you have been here less than a month we want you to do 1/2 -3/4 your body weight. If you have been here for less than 3 months we want you doing 3/4-body weight. We will give you plenty of time to warm up and decide on an appropriate weight for the workout
