10 burpees
10 kang squats
10 shoulder rolls (with or without long cylindrical object such as a broomstick)
10 around the worlds (5 right, 5 left with or without “broomsticks”)
WOD: 10 min. AMRAP
10 Air Squats
9 Right Arm DB Snatches 35/50 (or object if scaled)
10 Push Ups
9 Left Arm DB Snatches 35/50 (or object if scaled)
