Athlete A will perform the first set of pull-ups and box jump overs before Athlete B proceeds to the second set. Both athletes will take turn finishing each set. Only one person can work at a time.
There will be two scores for this two-part workout. Score A will be the total number of repetitions from the first 15 minutes of the workout. The second score will be the total weight lifted successfully by Athlete A and Athlete B.
