ATHLETES: This is just a reminder to please continue to sign in to Wodify even though we are currently training outside. It is very important that we keep track of attendance in our classes and is good practice when we are able to move back inside. If you have been signing in already, thank you for you help and please continue to do so.
Please also keep in mind that the weather can be unpredictable, especially this time of the year. Keep checking your email, Facebook, Instagram and Wodify for any class cancellations or changes. We really appreciate your time and patience when it comes to the weather.
