YOUTH OLYMPIC WEIGHTLIFTING

Youth Olympic Weightlifting specializes in the development of weightlifting fundamentals using Chinese training methodologies. The main focus is on building athletes from the ground up, working to refine and perfect their technique. Whether it’s learning proper balance (an element missing completely in most lifters we see initially), timing, or positioning, you can learn what to look for and how to improve. If you respond well to detailed feedback, we want you in our school.

One World proudly has two home grown Youth Olympic Weightlifting Champions. Allison and Zoe have committed their time and dedication to their craft in achieving these accomplishments. Our program is driven through the results of its members.

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIP

DISCLAIMER: For ages 9-15 ONLY. Parents are expected to stay and watch the first class to get an understanding of what the Kids Fit programming is about. Thereafter, Parents are highly encouraged to stay and watch the growth of their child.

Youth Olympic Weightlifting is offered 3 times a week:

  • Tuesday & Friday : 6pm
  • Saturday: 10am
