A new Powerlifting class has been added Saturdays from 11:00am to 1:00pm, for those of you who are not able to make it to Thursday nights Powerlifting class, but looking to build more strength and improve your technique in the big three (bench, squat, and deadlift).
Classes will start with a half hour of warm up and an hour and a half of strength work guaranteed to help you get stronger! Both classes will be instructed by Coach Josh Moore!
Class Times:
Thursday’s from 7:30pm – 9:00pm
Saturday’s from 11:00am – 1:00pm
