Boot Camp

Get in elite physical shape at One World Boot Camp! Our group fitness class is designed to help you build strength and endurance which will contribute to overall peak physical fitness. The classes are challenging, physically demanding, and dynamic, but most importantly they deliver high quality results which can tone your body, strengthen muscles and promote fat loss.

Each Class Sessions may include short distance running, full body movements, kettlebell training, core stability, speed and agility drills, and interval training. And because you move through the sequence very quickly, you will breathe hard, sweat hard and achieve that satisfying full-body burn and fire up weight loss. Our instructor will show you how to do the moves safety and effectively, and motivate you and your teammates through the workout. Our Boot Camp Program accommodates men and women of all ages and athletic abilities.

Boot Camp Monthly Membership

You get unlimited Boot Camp class participation when you join CrossFit One World! Work on your skills during Open Gym Hours. Unwind in our Yoga Class. All included with your Boot Camp Membership Plan.

Bootcamp is offered 4 times a week:

  • Monday, Wednesday & Friday: 6am & 6pm
  • Saturday: 7am
  • Sunday (Yoga included) : 9am
