One World In-House Barbell Competition and Class Changes

Ready, Set, Lift-Off !
Saturday, February 22, 2020: The One World In-House Barbell Competition Teams are set. Weigh-ins start at 08:30 am. Warm ups start at 09:00am and the competition begins promptly at 10:00am. This event is singlet optional.

Competitors, get your lifting gear, your hydration and light snack and your competition game face ready for this fun in-house showdown!
Invite your friends and family to the competition to cheer you on! Maybe you will be the one walking out with a One World Olympic Weightlifting Medal !!!

Class Cancellations: Due to the In-house Competition, all classes are cancelled except the 07:30 bootcamp class which will be held outdoors. All Crossfit members are welcome to join the 07:30am bootcamp class.
