Olympic Weightlifting with Coach Jason

Hey One Worlders!

Please welcome Jason to the OW family!
He will be the Olympic Weightlifting coach on Saturdays from 10:30-12:30.
Jason is an Olympic Weightlifting coach at San Jose State University. He was also the Olympic Weightlifting coach at Homegrown Crossfit.

Jason has competed in numerous powerlifting and olympic weightlifting competitions. In 2016, he competed in the American Open and the USPA Raw Collegiate Nationals.

Jason is a dynamic athlete. He is an awesome coach. Jason’s class is free for OW members (up to 20 athletes). $20 drop in for non-members.
