Every 3 Minutes on the Minute for 30 minutes
6 Dumbbell Thrusters (2×50/35 lb)
6 Dumbbell Hang Clean-and-Jerks (2×50/35 lb)
6 Dumbbell Burpees (2×50/35 lb)
6 Weighted Box Step-Ups (2×50/35 lb)
On a 30-minute clock, perfrom the prescribed work in the order written every 3 minutes on the minute (eg: 0, 3, 6, 9, 12, 15, etc.). For every set, athlete must complete 6 Dumbbell Thrusters, 6 Dumbbell Hang Clean-and-Jerks, 6 Burpees while holding the dumbbells, and 6 Weighted Box Step-Ups. Then rest until the next 3-minute mark.
Score is the total number of rounds completed under 3 minutes (maximum possible of 10 rounds).
