1600 Meter Run
Every 5 minutes, each partner completes:
10 Bar Facing Burpees
10 Push Presses (95/65 lb)
5 Push Ups
Partners trade-off every minute except for on the run. Every 5 minutes, no matter where they are, they will complete the 3 movements. When the partners get to the run, they are no longer required to do the 3 movements.
*If injuries prevent you from running/sub. single unders until partner returns from run.
**If both partners are subbing out the running, you will each row an addl. 2500M. (no bar work durning that time)
