- Tuesday & Thursday: 930am-1030am
- Saturday: 8am
Yoga class included with HYPEHITTERS Membership
- Sunday: 9am
HYPEHITTERS is a multifunctional Body Building boutique class that is styled and structured. This class is designed for any fitness level with a balance option of choosing the effort level as easy or as hard.
HYPEHITTERS is built around HARD WORK. Working out as a team allows our members to build resilience and at the same time camaraderie. Our goal is to achieve the best threshold training session that will allow our members to improve their strength and endurance. This training follows the most basic principles when it comes to programming and training - Progression - Overload - Specificity - Individualization
Each class session will be broken down into two main targets:
- Interval Strength training
- Interval cardiovascular movements
