Between you and your partner, perform successful lifts to accumulate to a max total weight in 20 minutes. You both must use the same bar. You can add weight at any time, you cannot take weight off of the bar .
0:00 -5:00: Snatch
5:00 – 10:00: Ground to overhead
10:00 – 15:00: Clean
15:00 – 20:00: Deadlift
Score is sum of all reps x weight. Example: 2 reps of snatch at 105# and 3 reps of G2O at 115# = total weight of 555#
