One partner works while the other partner holds, switch however you like. Work can only be performed when the partner is holding. For example, you cannot squat snatch if your partner is not in a handstand.
2 rounds of the below:
Round 1 (3 minutes):
AMRAP – Squat Snatch (95/65)
Hold – Handstand
1 min rest
Round 2 (3 minutes):
AMRAP – Push Press (95/65)
Hold – Plank
1 min rest
Round 3 (3 minutes):
AMRAP – Toes to bar
Hold – Deadhang from bar
