4 Push Jerks (155/105 lb)
“DT” is a hero WOD utilizing the Deadlift, Hang Clean and Push Jerk. Here we are taking on the addition of Double-Unders to increase metabolic conditioning while reducing barbell reps but still experiencing the benefit and challenge of the original workout’s barbell focus.
Double-Unders will pump up our heart rates rapidly and require us to control our breathing.
