Please join us Monday, Memorial Day, for Murph and Mimosas. We will be serving Mimosa after the WOD.

HEAT 2 starts @ 8:45 am – scaled & RX

HEAT 3 starts @ 10:15 am – scaled &RX

 

This unique Memorial Day tradition will take place around the globe again on Memorial Day, Monday, May 29, 2023.

AMRAP in 15 minutes:

45 Double-Unders
8 Deadlifts (155/105 lb)
6 Hang Cleans (155/105 lb)
4 Push Jerks (155/105 lb)

“DT” is a hero WOD utilizing the Deadlift, Hang Clean and Push Jerk. Here we are taking on the addition of Double-Unders to increase metabolic conditioning while reducing barbell reps but still experiencing the benefit and challenge of the original workout’s barbell focus.

Double-Unders will pump up our heart rates rapidly and require us to control our breathing.
