We’re focusing on our core stability and posterior chain stamina today. Box Jumps will give us the heart rate increase that will set the intensity for this workout, while Dumbbell Deadlifts and V-Ups will provide strength movements to challenge our work capacity.

Pick a weight on the Dumbbells you can hold all 5 rounds, in one or two sets at most. Target each round taking around 3 minutes. The V-Ups might fall apart, piece together what you can.

INSTRUCTIONS
On a running clock, perform 5 Rounds for Time (RFT) of 15 Box Jumps, 15 Double Dumbbell Deadlifts, and 15 V-Ups.

Record your score as the total time it takes to complete the entire workout as written.
