Covid-19 Update

Due to Covid-19, Alameda County has moved back to the purple tier -widespread infections. In compliance with the State of California and Alameda County public health orders, indoor classes have been cancelled temporarily. One World will only be offering Outdoor CrossFit and Boot Camp classes effective Wednesday November 18th, 2020. Your safety is our first priority.

CrossFit schedule:

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays: 6:30am, 11:00am & 5pm
Tuesdays & Thursdays: 11:00am Only
Saturdays: 9:00am Only
Sunday: 11:30am Only

Try CrossFit for Free*: (first timers/non-members) Saturdays: 10:15am

First time and non-members must book the class and sign our on-line waiver. Visit the CrossFit Class Page for further details.

 

Boot Camp Schedule:

  • Tuesday & Thursday: 6:00am & 6:pm Only
  • Saturday: 7:00am Only

Bring a Friend to Try Boot Camp for Free* : (first timers/non-members) Saturdays: 07:00am
