Allison Rasdal Hunt (sitting in the middle) is a National Level Masters Rower and Swimmer! With eleven years of competition swimming experience, she has placed in the top 10 in majority of her National Level Competitions. This is her 4th season of National Level Competition Rowing, and Allison has placed 5th at the “Head of the Charles Regatta” in Boston (largest regatta in the world) the past 2 years and in the last 6 weeks of 2014 brought home 3 Master National top ten’s for swimming and 5 Gold medals from Regional Regattas for rowing.

I think Allison’s experience in rowing and swimming will serve as a great tool for the One worlders that sign up for this class. Personally, I think it’ll be great to hear her ideas on how to mentally prepare for a workout…no matter what level you’re on.
