Hello Boot Campers!
Here’s a quick & easy way to “keep it clean” while you closeout the summer season! We will start a friendly, healthy habit and accountability challenge soon.
Our Focus is:
Cleaner Eating Habits
Healthy Decisions (including a daily salad/veggies)
Smarter Portions of Food
3 Days of Exercise Boot Camp and/or Barbell Club
*All workouts/food tips will be posted so friends can follow from home or other gyms.
The End of Summer:
Shake It Like SALSA!
Toss It Like SALAD!
Drop It Like SQUATS!
21 Day Body Challenge (August 24th – September 14th)
Participants will check in daily and answer 3 questions:
Did you eat healthy for 90% of your day?
Did you step out of your comfort zone with a new recipe?
Did you get your exercise? 30 Minutes or more?
This challenge is completely for fun and friendships. Each of you will help to keep each other accountable, while sharing tips about the best recipes and eating habits that work for you. More information will be given to the entire group on Saturday August 22, 2015.
