Minute 1: Max lateral Burpee over the bar 65/95#
*Rest 1 minute
Minute 2:
-If you score 17 or more reps on the later burpee overs,
you will preform WOD A:
21-15-9
Thrusters and Toes to bar 65/95#

-If you score less than 17 reps, you will preform WOD B:
21-15-9
Thrusters and Burpee pull ups 65/95#

*Running clock stops at 17 minutes. Score is wod completion at 17 minutes.
*If you cap, your score will be 17 minutes plus number of lateral burpee overs during Minute 1.
