(spend more time with the people that love you, OUTSIDE THE GYM)

Friday, November 28 – Regular Schedule CrossFit and Christmas tree decoration party (all day event). Bring your best “Handmade” Christmas tree ornament to the front desk and have your name added to the list of “Ornament Makers” the winner will be announced at the One World Christmas Party (Dec. 13, 6pm)

Saturday, November 29 – 8:00am Class Only (90 minutes), friendly in-house workout, CrossFit vs Boot Camp, put your team of 3 together NOW!
