I’ll announce the workouts and teams once the entire group has walked through the door. Saturday’s class will be scheduled to run 90 minutes and you can expect the following:
Runs for distance (minimum 1 mile)
Barbell Thrusters
Rowing
Sled Push
Dumbbell Burpees
KB Swings
Pull Up or Ring Rows
Sit Ups
Double Unders
