Hang Power Cleans 95/65(RX+ 135/105)

Box Jumps 24/20

Hand Release Push-Ups (RX+ Handstand Push-Ups)

Toes to Bar (RX+ Pull Up + t2b = 1rep)
1 Round = All 4 movements completed by both partners

Example: Partner A does 3 HPClean then Partner B does 3 HPC, Partner A does 3 Box Jumps then Partner B does 3 BxJumps, A does 3 HR Push-Up, B does 3 HR P/U, A does 3 t2b, B does 3 t2b = 1 Round

Your next round is 6’s, etc.
