30-20-10 Walking Lunges

50 meter Double Kettlebell Farmer’s Carry (2×70/53 lb)*

*Complete the Farmer’s Carry after each full set.

With a running clock, complete the prescribed work as fast as possible (“For Time”). Athlete will start with the 25 Deadlifts at 155/105 lb, 50 Walking Lunges, and 50 meter Farmer’s Carry. Then 20 Deadlifts, 40 Walking Lunges, and 50 meter Farmer’s Carry, into 15 Deadlifts, 30 Walking Lunges, and 50 meter Farmer’s Carry. Rest 1 minute. Continue with this pattern until athlete completes 5 Deadlifts at 225/155 lb, 10 Walking Lunges, and 50 meter Farmer’s Carry.

Score is the time on the clock when the last round of the Farmer’s Carry is completed.
