Start on 400 Burpee Plate Ground To Overhead 45Ibs/25Ibs
*When Partner A finishes their D/U’s you switch, & Partner A works on the BPG2OH while Partner B does their Du’s.
**Keep switching until all 400 reps are completed between the two of you
