One World will be hosting the “31Heroes” workout/fundraiser. All participants will meet Coach Andrew and Coach Smita at 9am sharp. The warm-up, teams and instructions will be given out at 9:05am. Please arrive at 9:00am or earlier. Water bottles will be provided for everyone. Good Luck to all!

Olympic Lifting Seminar with Max Aita! Come and learn from one of the best coaches around. With over 10 years experience as both an athlete and a coach in the sport of Weightlifting, Max Aita’s wealth of knowledge will help you become a better lifter. Max has studied and trained under many highly successful coaches, including Ivan Abadjiev, Steve Gough and Glenn Pendlay. Max has coached national medalists, current National and PWA record-holders in Weightlifting and high level CrossFit Games competitors.

THE ONE WORLD SUMMER PICNIC!
The location is Lake Elizabeth. The time and the grass area will be announced at a later date. This picnic is for all participants of CrossFit, Boot Camp, Krav Maga and Jiu-Jitsu. There will be a sign-up sheet at the front desk, so we can get a proper head count (kind of, lol).
