2014 Lifeworx Throwdown October 5, 2014 – Regionals Revenge!

Build your ultimate 4-person dream team (2 males/2 females) to take on the challenge of a one-day competition designed by one of the south bay’s top competitive affiliates – it’s time for the 2014 Lifeworx Throwdown!!! Those of you who have been to our past events know this already – this is one Throwdown you definitely won’t want to miss!!

Event Details: Sunday, October 5th Hosted at Lifeworx [14388 Union Avenue, San Jose, CA, 95124] *Schedule of events TBA* Teams of 4 (2 males/2 females) 3 WODs Cash prizes to winners of RX & Scaled Divisions.

All WODs are versions of workouts from past NorCal Regionals…gather your dream team and seek out your revenge on these awesome events!

Choose your Division:

An “RX athlete” – Has the physical capacity to perform most named CrossFit Benchmark workouts at the prescribed (RX) weights and standards – Has participated in local Throwdowns for 1.5 years or more – Anyone who has competed at a past CrossFit Regional event.

A “Scaled athlete”: – Is comfortable with the Olympic lifts (clean & snatch) – Has participated in less than 7 local Throwdowns – Has never competed at a past CrossFit Regional event *Note: the difference in the divisions is intended to group you with athletes that share your level of competition experience; please choose your division fairly.
